New Years Day or Paramore?

I've been hearing lots of comments (in youtube.com mostly) these past few weeks comparing the bands Paramore and New Years Day. Now, I am a fan (a huge fan, if you may) of these bands. Primarily because its genre are pop-punk, and the lead vocalists of the respective bands are females! In fact, two beautiful women - Hayley Williams for Paramore (www.paramore.net); and Ashley Costello for New Years Day (www.newyearsdayrocks.com).

A little strange it may seem, but I fell in love, first, by the sound of their voices, how they deliver each word - the hatred, the joy, the sorrow, it just goes right to my mind! Then, I am impressed on the construction of their lyrics, maybe because I can somehow relate to them. One more thing about the lyrics that makes these two groups rock: their lyrics are so catchy. In no time, you'll be singing along with Hayley or Ashley's music.

To anyone who have read this post: listen to the music of Paramore and New Years Day and enjoy. I'm sure you won't get disappointed.

Cloud gazing

Does anyone notice how pleasant are the clouds in the eyes? I'm constantly gazing at it for some time now.
I always wonder how is it up there? I mean, you can always board a plane at look at it at another point of view but, what would it be like when you're floating above, feeling the gust of wind brushing up your face. Staring at the facade of clouds over the bright sun... What an experience that would be! :D
Alas. Reality bites, it is humanely impossible yet. All you can do (for now) is to look at it with a relentless hope of being with it - feeling it, touching it and laying your head back to its softness.

Don't Change a Bit

Why do we say “don’t you change a bit” to a person? Is it because we don’t want certain characteristics of a person being changed? Why we trying to hold on to that particular trait that we somewhat forbade that person to modify it?

The only constant thing in this world is change. And that constant thing will inevitable manifest in us. As much as we want not to abide, we are bound to follow that constant thing. We sure want to preserve that personality of a person in many reasons, but the environment that that particular person is in greatly involves the dependence of that trait to change.

So the next time you say that phrase to a person, expect in time that he will surely change.
